3D-CAD design
In the era of digitalisation our design always remains state-of-the-art. Machines are directly fed and programmed with 3D data, laborious interim phases can be skipped and manufacturing chains quickly and easily simulated on the monitors. The centrally stored design data are transmitted to the machines, sheet metal parts marked using QR code already containing the required processing instructions for the next machine.

Our plants have high manufacturing depth meaning that we have a large proportion of in-house production. In this way we optimally use our capacities and remain less dependent on suppliers. Our state-of-the-art machinery and equipment paired with well trained staff support the manufacturing process ideally. We ship your orders thoroughly packed and on schedule all over the world. Irrespective of whether we or your construction team will install the products – we also accompany, monitor and review this very important stage.
With our extensive experience in assembling and maintenance, our service does not end with the purchase of the product respectively completion of the construction project. Often questions relating to maintenance or additional requests come up afterwards which we will gladly address.
Documentation
During handover we carefully document every single step and also very accurately note down the results of testing procedures. This is the underlying basis of a comprehensive handover protocol with valuable details which we then provide to our customers as a product-oriented guide and useful reference.
Commissioning and onsite training
Especially in the field of air filtering commissioning, testing of airtightness and precise measurements are of enormous significance. To enable our customers to fully exploit the potential of the complete system we provide them with professional onsite training in how to operate and handle the system during normal operation as well as should a failure or malfunction occur.
Only with appropriate maintenance and care can the components remain efficient and ensure highest levels of protection. To this end we also train our customers in handling simple servicing tasks such as filter replacement. Many of our products already feature the "EASY-CLICK" system enabling tool-free maintenance.
