Supply air filtering ceiling for large areas

The task of a supply air filtering ceiling is to provide clean air and a stable protective zone for the workplace. The required conditioned supply air is fed into the protective zone in a downward flow.
Our Marchhart supply air ceiling system provides continuous laminar flow across the entire zone. The absolutely airtight housing structure is adjusted to the existing room structure and can so satisfy individual requirements. The integrated HEPA filters additionally ensure necessary filtering of the supply air. The integral LED backlighting provides adequate room illumination.

Uniform air discharge

Terminally positioned mesh frame elements provide for the necessary uniform air discharge velocity within the zone of up to 0.45m/s. Nodes integrated in the mesh frame layer enable installation of monitoring components (air velocity or temperature sensors) and/or sprinkler system elements.
Appropriate test connections and hoses are integrated to allow testing of system safety and running of DEHS filter leakage tests.

Compact supply air filtering ceilings for specific separated zones

When working zones within a room have different air purity requirements, the zones with higher clean room requirements can be equipped with a compact supply air filtering ceiling.
Increased explosion protection compliant with the ATEX Directive 2014/34/EU (for zones 1, 2, 21 and 22) can also be provided.
