Hybrid operation theatre on La Réunion island
Marchhart has made several pharmaceutical filter casings for the new hybrid operating theatre.
In the hospital on the island of La Réunion, a French overseas department in the Indian Ocean, a hybrid operating theatre has been newly built. Marchhart has manufactured six pharmaceutical filter casings for it, as well as a pharmaceutical filter housing combination consisting of 2 individual outlets, all with HEPA filters. In addition, we have manufactured a matching support frame for a MEDIFA metal cassette ceiling made of aluminium, consisting of a powder coated support frame and metal cassettes for mounting in the intermediate areas.
All components have been delivered to our French sales partner, who also took care of the installation and commissioning on La Réunion.
The casings have the following properties:
Aluminium high-density welded (without silicones or similar materials)
Powder coated on all sides in RAL9016
Incl. test connection for aerosol sampling and differential pressure
Incl. mounting brackets for fixing to the bare ceiling
Incl. LED backlighting (white, dimmable, incl. complete internal wiring)
Fabric frame covered on both sides with special white fabric including counter frame
