Schön Klinik Hamburg – New construction of twelve operating theatres
Twelve operating theatres in the Schön Klinik hospital in Hamburg Eilbeck were equipped with H1b ceiling ventilation systems.
We completed and handed over twelve operating theatres in the Schön Klinik in Hamburg Eilbek at the end of 2018. The operating theatres are equipped with H1b ceiling ventilation systems including frame construction for constructional ambient lighting. HEPA filter outlets were installed in six instrument prep zones and in two sterile corridors; the clean room air extraction cabinets in stainless steel were provided both as rectangular and triangular models, some equipped with one and some with two fluff separators.
After completion of the general assembly and filter installation we carried out airtightness and aerosol leakage tests for HEPA filter outlets.
Both the operating theatres and the instrument prep zone tests confirmed H1b room class based on recovery testing and the classification of the H1b room class pursuant to the DIN 1946, part 4 2008-12 standard was confirmed.

Twelve complete H1b ceiling ventilation systems with constructional frames for ambient lighting
Twenty four HEPA filter outlets ZL-P-06 with swirl diffuser for six instrument prep zones (recovery test results also confirmed H1b room class compliance)
Four HEPA filter outlets ZL-P-06 with perforated sheet diffuser for two sterile corridors
Four V2A clean room air extraction cabinets made of stainless steel, rectangular, 500/150 x 3,350mm, each with a fluff separator 445/345 at the bottom
Fifty six V2A clean room air extraction cabinets made of stainless steel, rectangular, 400/100 x 3,350mm, each with a fluff separator 345/345 at the bottom
Fourteen V2A clean room air extraction cabinets made of stainless steel, triangular, 320/150 x 3,350mm, each with a fluff separator 245/245 at the bottom and a fluff separator 245/145 at the top
