for specific ventilation conditions
Some tasks additionally require specific ventilation conditions – a recirculating filter system is then the appropriate solution. Such sensitive tasks primarily include sampling of various materials and substances required for production of medicines. There are a multitude of dust particle materials and gaseous substances which are inflammable under certain conditions. The recirculation system ventilation components must therefore comply with EX protective zone requirements with an explosion-proof design.
Recirculation system components
Recirculation systems are independently operating unitary systems which can be individually planned and structurally integrated independently of the room characteristics. An appropriate protective zone is achieved through the main components i.e. the supply air filtering ceiling, recirculated air cooling module, the "SAFE CHANGE" duct filter housing, control technology and the required recirculating duct elements (incl. silencers).
Stabilising curtains or laminated safety glass sliding doors and floor extractors are optionally available.
The control panel is customised to satisfy individual requirements.
